Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases.

This includes:

  • Made-to-order items

  • Furniture with selected fabric or frame colour customisations

  • Digital downloads

  • Sale or clearance items

Custom Furniture Orders

Our furniture is made to order and handcrafted specifically for each customer.

As part of the handmade process:

  • Minor variations in colour, texture and finish may occur

  • Fabric and powder coat colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings and lighting

  • Small variations are considered part of the unique character of each piece and are not considered faults

Once production has commenced, custom furniture orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

Furniture items are currently available for local pickup only unless otherwise stated.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We take pride in the quality of our products and comply with the Australian Consumer Law.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly different from the product description, please contact us as soon as possible at:
